I can't log in — what should I do?

After entering your email and password, you receive a one-time login code via email. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive within 2 minutes. You can request a new code on the login page.

How do I upload my resume?

Go to your profile page and click 'Upload Resume'. Supported formats are PDF and DOCX (max 10 MB). The file is end-to-end encrypted and stored securely.

Why does the AI generation not work?

AI generation requires a complete resume profile. Make sure all required fields (name, experience, skills) are filled in. If the error persists, try reloading the page.

The PDF download is not working.

PDF generation runs entirely in your browser. Make sure JavaScript is enabled and your browser is up to date. If the problem persists, try a different browser.

I have a payment issue.

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. If your payment failed, check your card details. For billing questions, contact us at feedback@myapplicantbot.de.

How is my data protected?

All your personal data (resume, cover letters) is encrypted with your individual key. We cannot read your data — not even server administrators.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Account and click 'Delete Account'. All your data will be permanently deleted.
